The flexeepay.tn website presents Flexee Pay, its pocket-money management and digital payment services for young people, as well as Flexee Academy and Flexoo. It lets visitors discover the offer, pre-register their interest in the app, and contact the Flexee Pay team.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By browsing the site and using its forms, you acknowledge that you have read and accept these Terms of Use without reservation. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the site.

3. Access to the site

Flexee Pay makes reasonable efforts to keep the site available at all times, without guaranteeing uninterrupted access. The site may be suspended at any time for maintenance, updates, or any other technical reason, without this engaging Flexee Pay's liability.

4. Pre-registration and minimum age

The pre-registration form is intended for adults (18 and over) and for professionals (parents, guardians, partner merchants). Minors should not submit this form themselves; they are invited to go through a parent or legal guardian, in line with our Privacy Policy.

5. Permitted use

You agree to use the site fairly and in line with its intended purpose, and in particular not to:

• attempt to fraudulently access non-public data or systems;
• disrupt the site's operation (abusive automation, form flooding, bypassing security measures);
• submit false information through the forms or impersonate a third party.

The Flexee Pay and Flexee Academy names, logos, trademarks, visuals and content (text, images, code) are the property of Owlink, the company publishing the site under the Flexee Pay and Flexee Academy brands, or its partners, unless stated otherwise, and are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction or reuse without prior authorization is prohibited.

7. Liability

The site presents an offer that is still under development. The information it contains is provided for guidance and may change without notice, particularly ahead of the app's official launch. Flexee Pay cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from use of the site or its temporary unavailability.
